Return Policy / Exchanges
Our policy is strict, unless the USPS or Federal Express box has been damaged, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange only, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (Damage to shipping box and photos are required to be sent by email in order for a claim to be opened). In addition, customer must write a letter by email or in writing scanned detailing the damage with photos. All inner contents must also be in the original packaging, as new when shipped back.
We also do not accept exchanges unfortunately. Please do not send your purchase back without approval, it will be denied at our servicing center.
If a box is damaged by the carrier, customer agrees to supply all and any details required by the carrier in order for an insurance claim to be processed. Sneakies will replace the damaged case at no charge including return shipping. Failure to do so, waives customers right for an exchange.
To return your damaged product, you must contact our customer service department and obtain a return ID #, or your return package will be denied.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. You must exchange the damaged item for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com - we will then issue you a pre-paid return airway bill.
Depending on your location, please understand that it may take some time for your damaged product to reach us, and then ship back out your replacement case to you.
